Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms apply to ovozAI: our Telegram bot, its Mini App, the website app.ovozai.uz and our API. By using ovozAI you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use ovozAI.
1. The service
ovozAI transcribes voice messages, audio and video files and YouTube videos, translates transcripts, makes subtitles, turns text into speech and transcribes live from your microphone. We may change, add or remove features and limits.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Telegram or Google. Keep that account safe: what's done through it counts as done by you.
- One person, one account. Don't make extra accounts to get more free time.
- You must be at least 13, and old enough under your country's law to use online services on your own.
3. Free and purchased time
- Every account gets free time each month; the current amount is shown in the bot and the app. Free time you don't use doesn't carry over to the next month.
- You can buy more time in packages. The price is shown before you pay. Purchased time stays on your account until you use it.
- Some features, such as subtitles and live transcription, use time faster. How much is shown before you use them.
- Recordings with no speech, and transcriptions that fail, aren't charged.
- Gift, bonus and referral time has no cash value.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are made through Click, Polar or Telegram Stars, and their terms apply to the payment too. If you were charged by mistake, or paid and didn't get your time, write to us within 30 days and we'll add the time or refund the payment. Otherwise purchases aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.
5. Your content
- What you send us, and the transcripts, translations, subtitles and audio we make from it, stay yours.
- You allow us to process your content to provide the service. If you let us keep your recordings, you also allow us to keep them and use them to improve speech recognition, as the Privacy Policy describes.
- Send only content you have the right to use. If you record other people, make sure that's allowed where you are.
6. Developer API
- You make API keys in the app. Keep them secret: requests made with your keys count as yours and are paid from your balance. Revoke a key you think has leaked.
- You may build your own apps and services on the API and charge for them. Don't resell or share plain access to the API itself.
- You're responsible for what's sent with your keys and for having the right to process it: get the permission of the people recorded where that's required, and tell your users that ovozAI processes their audio and text.
- The API has limits on file size, requests and simultaneous jobs, set out in its documentation. We may change them, and may limit or revoke keys that are abused or put the service at risk.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use ovozAI to:
- break the law or other people's rights, including copyright and privacy;
- harass, threaten or deceive people, or make speech that imitates a real person to mislead others;
- process material that sexually exploits children;
- get around limits or payments, or make extra accounts for free time;
- overload, attack or copy the service, or use it through scripts or bots other than through our API.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Accuracy
Transcripts, translations, subtitles and speech are made by AI and can contain mistakes. Check them before you rely on them, especially for legal, medical or financial matters.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep ovozAI running but can't promise it'll always be available or free of errors. We may change these terms: the new version will be posted here with a new date, and we'll tell you about important changes in the bot or on the website. Using ovozAI after a change means you accept it.
10. Ending
You can stop using ovozAI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we shut ovozAI down, we'll tell you in advance.
11. Liability
ovozAI is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If a dispute arises, write to us first and we'll try to settle it.
13. Contact
Email info@ovozai.uz, use "Write to us" in the app, or send /feedback to the bot.
